WELCOME HOME!

We are a 35-unit community of individual owners on the southern shore of Nest Lake in Spicer, Minnesota.  Our association was formed in 2005 from a privately-owned rental resort.  Now instead of being a rental resort....it is our home away from home!  And instead of being just an association of owners ....we have become like family!
